The next World Hot Air Balloon Championship will take place from 16th till 23rd September 2022 at Murska Sobota Airport. An introduction or dress rehearsal was held from 27 August to 1 September 2019 – this event (Pre-world 2019) served as a preliminary competition and the Slovenian Open National Hot Air Balloon Championship. Since the World Hot Air Balloon Championship has been delayed for 2 years, we have decided to organize from 27th till 30th August 2020 the Slovenian Open National Hot Air Balloon Championship Murska Sobota 2020.
Opening event with the largest aviation event in Slovenia in 2020, which will host pilots from all ower the world.
